I will provide you with concrete skills to tune out distractions when it matters most. I get it; Seasons are long. I'm here to help you stay driven through training and to hone into that motivation. Or maybe you're injured and it's frustrating. I will teach you exercises so that you can push through that time and be ready to get back on the field.

Being injured has an impact on our functioning. It's tough when we're not able to do what we love. Below are some of the symptoms injured athletes may experience.
Persistent symptoms:
Alterations of appetite, sleep disturbance, irritability Worsening symptoms: Alterations of appetite leading to disordered eating, sadness leading to depression, lack of motivation leading to apathy, disengagement leading to alienation Excessive symptoms Verbal and nonverbal behaviors that indicate the individual is experiencing high levels of pain, excessive anger or rage, frequent crying or emotional outbursts, substance abuse |
