After completing this guided imagery exercise, rate how clearly you were able to see yourself 💎(5=clear image of yourself, 1=unable to see yourself as you were imagining)
Example: You want to complete a 10K 💎Close your eyes 💎Notice the sounds around you before the race 💎Imagine how your muscles feel at the beginning of the race 💎Now it's 1 minute has passed, how do your feet feel? 💎What do your calves feel like? 💎How's your breathing? 💎Repeat these for each of the key turning points during the race.
